Why buy it if you know you shouldn’t eat it.

Good tips, I realised this myself after when I do sport and I raid the fridge and anything sweet/fat I jump on!! Better to avoid them altogether for that period.

pisses me off when adults say they cant control them selfs around junk food.
-if you cant have self control over cookies then you have as much control as a five year old.

hi moonprincess – there r weigh scales that check your bodyfat %, visceral fat %, bone mass, basal metabolic rate, body age etc… they should give you an idea of how you should improve your health – if you are concerned about “what other kinds of issues it might give you later”.

    “love your body”! =)

  17. moonprincess1788 says:

twinkies are possibly the worst food ever produced.

  18. moonprincess1788 says:

that’s very true. when i was younger, my mom had cookies in the house all of the time, and as a result, i ate it and now, i cannot seem to stop buying them for myself…addiction. but i have cut down a lot. takes a while. im lucky it never affected my weight though, but who knows what other kinds of issues it might give me later

  19. Datgurl07 says:

ho hos, twinkies and ding dongs lol people shouldn’t even buy them for thier kids!

  20. elizabeth32a says:

When tempted, say to yourself how you’ll be much happier not eating it and grab a diet pop or something low cal instead, to satiate yourself. Say to yourself, “I don’t need those cookies(or whatever). It’ll just make me unhappy.” Remind yourself a few times a day of your goals and that eating junk will not take you there. Positively reinforce yourself with “that’s great that I didn’t eat (fill in blank)”. Each time u say NO you strengthen your resistance muscle and weaken your giving in muscle.

ummm drumsrule775, “soda” is one of the worst things you can consume.. not once a week, more like once a month, if that

  22. drumsrule775 says:

never go food shopping when you are hungry. b4 u eat something, ask yourself, “will this help my body or hurt it?”. i think a treat once a week is okay, a candy bar, a slice of pizza, or a soda. after all, we are humans not machines. enjoy and good luck to all ! :)
