    steve, lets say you normally eat 2500 cals to sustain your weight and for 3-4 days you eat 2700 cals, your bodys metabolism will adapt to this new sudden change hence you wont gain weight. you need to start being clear about this and stop misleading people dude. your body adapts to new changes !
