I’ve just spent an hour sitting here listening to this guy. I’m a big fan. And again, you look so like Taub from House M.D. Oh, and I have P90X. Yes I know. You hate me.

  4. BodyPerformanceTV says:

  5. TheLizardKing1967 says:

It’s funny. The only ones making fun of this guy are the ones who are fat and are too lazy to get up off their sorry ass and exerise. LOL

  6. EricKomans says:

First of all, having at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight will probably put you in the clear as far as a “minimum guideline” is concerned. However, if you want to limit the amount of protein your body uses as fuel, you have to keep out of ketosis, and that means eating enough carbs throughout the day.

  12. BodyPerformanceTV says:

  13. Jda4160 says:

so if you eat 100g of protein in a week..you don’t need any more if your lifting? can your body burn protein?

  14. Jda4160 says:

Low fat diets aren’t recommended by most registered dietitians and fitness professionals. Low calories are the way to go.

Theres 5 different grips on the bar, Ive been doing 1 set with 6 reps for each grip. Thanks good advice.

  18. BodyPerformanceTV says:

I wouldn’t recommend it but if it has no calories you’ll be fine.

  19. BodyPerformanceTV says:

Your body uses the protein it needs and saves the rest as fat or discards it as urea. No additional protein goes to your muscles when sore nor will excess protein speed recovery.

  20. BodyPerformanceTV says:

Chin-ups are very hard because you can’t vary your weight. Your idea with the chair is good. Chin ups use biceps, back, and shoulders so as these muscles get stronger so will your abilty to do a chin up. Try varing your grip. Use an overhand wider than shoulder grip and then try an underhand narrower than shoulder grip.

  21. BodyPerformanceTV says:

If it’s for a specifc exercise where explosive movement is needed that’s fine. But this would be in addition to weight training and cardio. Plus, plyometrics are not really needed for the average person.

  22. fotocopy says:

  23. EbopAllDay says:

    hey steve
you should make more videos of yourself working out at the gym and show ous how to do curls or bench press wtv thx

  24. Like2breakrules says:

If you eat high protein food when your muscles are really sore will more protein go to muscle growth, or does the body use more protein while you exercise?

  25. Like2breakrules says:

I just got stronger and stronger, my bicepts were the biggest in my life after 3 weeks full time. I know body builders are like slow down dont injure yourself let your muscles rest and everything. Why is it that if you work your muscles overtime they grow so much faster then?
