    Just my opinion, but tailbone, knee, etc., aches may happen whenever you add exercises or come back to training after being away for a long time. Just reduce the number of times you do the movement (reps), and the sets, enough to allow your body to develop a “callus” to the movement. Cut back for two weeks or so, then start to increase the reps and sets again back to where they were. I would not put a pillow under you or you will not harden or train that part of your body to the event.

    @ Eladril …her workouts are geared towards
    women but I was able to pick up on an amazing
    ab exercise that she demonstrated.I was wasting
    my time with my previous ab workouts.

    @Eladril Hehehe. Exactly! But You can learn soething tho. For example I learnt the patience, by watching the videos from the start to the end! That’s real life lesson!
