    For all you non raw foodies who love to juice, dont throw out that pulp. You can use the veggie pulp to make patties, or the carrot pulp for carrot cake, or in my case scones. :)

    You look above healthy Dan, I think your diet speaks for itself, just ignore all the negative comments and focus on what you are doing because it is working. Let those especially the guys who mock you come and show some videos on them, we will see how they match up against your fitnetss and health.

    i heard its young coconut meat (alkaline) & coconut oil for weight loss – and coconut water (low acid) for people that are near their goal weight and want the shanana . but you knew that. i’m a ph monkey.
