From 15 stone to 11 stone in 10 months. Hypnosis, Bioresonance, Laser.

Barbara lost 4 stone in weight over a 10 month period. This is one of the emails we got from Barbara during the course of the 10 month period she was with us: —–Original Message—– From: BARBARA [mailto:b@...] Sent: 28 August 2006 00:32 To: Shokat Ali Subject: Weigh-in day Dear Shokat Into forgotten territory now. Sunday weigh day showed 11 stone 7 pounds, and I haven’t been there since August 1979, according to my last Weight Watcher stamped card (third time of joining). I remember how difficult it was then to achieve this and what a difference your method has been. No difficult decisions as to whether I have the wrong food or the right food – it’s a natural and easy option, which I hope will now remain with me for my remaining days. To open the fridge door and see cheese, left over from entertaining, doesn’t tempt me to cut off a chunk as was my habit before last Feb. when I was 14 stone 10 pounds. Being offered cake, biscuits , chocolate etc. doesn’t make me feel I want any, so to say “No Thank You” is easy. I’ve decided not to give myself a target weight now, as I feel it’s better to accept whatever I stabilise on when my chart levels out. According to my Dairy Diary suggested height and weight chart, I am now in the OK zone. Following the 3 back surgeries I had, and natural shrinkage, I am nearly 2 inches less than I used to be in the ’70s, so I’m not sure what I should be anyway. There are so many advantages gained, I can’t list them all, but the main one is a feeling of well being with energy. I fit in such a lot every day and thank God I have the strength to enjoy life. So many compliments as to how much better I look are a rich reward. The other day, when I arrived at the Bowling Club, one of the male members thought I was a “new bird joining”! Imagine me being in the ‘bird’ category at my age! Yesterday I parked in a multi-storied car park, and on return I found a large 4 wheel drive vehicle (Chelsea Tractor) parked very close up on my driving side. I managed to squeeze myself into the limited space, whereas I would previously have had to wait for that driver to return, or struggle over from the passenger seat. I doesn’t surprise me that the past client of yours you bumped into the other day was pleased with her weight loss – I know exactly how she feels. Just think of all those people you’ve helped over the short period you’ve been doing it, and how grateful they are. They may not ever say it to you, but it’s there, and in those difficult days you have, just take stock. I’m not fully conversant with the new equipment you now have, but will no doubt see it when next I visit. Frank hasn’t been to complete your plaque this week, but when the rain stops him from bowling, that will be done. Better get some sleep in now, as I have a semi-final mixed bowls match tomorrow. It’s a tough one, as the pair we are playing were last year’s winners, and a formidable pair! Love to you and Nasreen, Barbara. Hope your daughter gets fixed up with her next course she wants to take, and then move on to her goal of teaching English as a foreign language somewhere abroad.
