    Actually he is correct. B-12 will store in your liver for several years. We do NOT produce B-12 in our bodies. Nor do we store bacteria in our bodies that produce the B-12. Unless we acquired a Rumens or we now reingest our cecotrope fæces. I only question B-12 because I am studying nutrition and diet. B-12 seemed to be one of the things standing in the way of Raw Food Diet being perfect. Well that and food poisoning through fungus and bacteria. Which you need to “cook” to kill. Can you dig it?

    just that their is someone who wrote a book about the bloodtype diet. It comes down to people with a certain bloodtype are better off with a certain diet. Bloodtype A+ is best with vegetarian diet but since you seem to need meat so much, the theory doesn’t seem to fit here. I thought you might have been a bloodtype O, since they are good with a ‘caveman diet’. But it’s not the case, so I don’t know.

    From insects that are then metabolized by their gut bacteria. If flora is in its proper state, and b12 is a product of gut metabolism then matter must be transformed from something………..the type of food being metabolized by the gut bacteria. It will transfer from the raw egg just the same.

    They are good for you. DHA, omega 3/6, healthy cholesterol, almost the entire range of b vitamins, vitamin D, vitamin E, choline (sex hormones), and the hard to get from veg/fruit diet…….cysteine and more!

    The DHA, omega 3/6 and undamaged cholesterol make raw egg yolk perfect brain food to prevent brain diseases.

    Raw egg yolks are handsdown one of the most nutrient dense foods and should be a part of every fruit/veg diet.

    Well I was thinking eggs as well, however I knew that eggs contain a factor that blocks the absorption of B-12. So I did a bit more research and found nothing that would help a Raw food diet however I did find some items for a Vegan diet. One glass of Soya Milk or one slice of Meridian yeast extract will give you your daily recommended dose. I’m glad you noted the healthy cholesterol that you can get from the eggs. Resent studies proved that the Chol. from eggs were infact good for you not Bad!

    @invista360 b12 is another myth that has rattled the minds of consumers. if its not protein, than its b12, calcium, iron etc. when will the lies end. if your intestinal flora is in it’s proper state, than your intestines will manufacture b12, just like every other animal. WHERE DO YOU THINK THE CHICKENS GET b12 from. the same place we do, our own intestines. c’mon people, lets figure this out

    yes you are right- we when we eat meat we are eating it for the fat. when digesting your food you use more calories to break down fat than carbohydrates. but you can’t separate the fat thats why we eat the meat too. protein makes u fuller because it is digested together with the fat.
