    just use lean protein, and do alot of cardio. go for a 2 kilometer run or more per night and lift weights to build all over muscle. if you cant go running every night just take in less caories than you need per day

    Not unless you are in single digit body fat. The main thing is to work out your lean body mass. Then make sure you take in 1.5 grams of protein per pound of LBM per day. Carb cycle so you eat 100g’s of carbs on weights days and less than 30grams on “off” days.
    Do sprints around a track 3 days a week and build up to as much as you can handle as well as lifting HEAVY 3 times a week in the gym.
    Depending on your body fat you should be ripped in about 6-8 weeks.

    yeh ab exercises and cardio helps about 30% to get ripped abs…the other 70% is a combination of rest and NUTRITION…abs are made in the kitchen
