i just want to get to 140lbs or 145 im 5′8 but i weigh 135 im lacking im something but i dont know what, my peak weight was 139.4 lbs what the digital weight scale said.

yes. you have to eat more. up your calorie intake to like 4000 or 5000 calories a day and you WILL gain weight and muscle.

if you just want to gain a lot of weight though i’d recommend a lot of pasta beef and cookie dough.
i want to gain weight fast and i eat a lot of fast food…is that good or bad?
If your not putting on weight your not eating enough. Bad fats aren’t so bad for ectomorphs, but try to stick to good fats.
some great info but my question to you is my trainer that I go see sometimes tells me to eat all types of fats even the bad fats is this info that he is giving me setting me up to fail. I know your not a trainer or you might be not to sure but could you please help me out ? Like I have put on a little muscle but it has been 7 months and I have seen a differences not a big difference but some change. I do extreme workouts and everything but I think the food I am eating maybe be the trouble.

you tryin to say that cheese and pork is bad for you? Whuts wrong with corn? Sodium eh? Did you know that you tounge can only taste 4 things? sweet sour bitter and Salt ( sodium ) now if you think about it, if your body has one part of it devoted to salt, can’t be bad for you.
also I believe that among with salt keeping you hydrated, I think that salt and potassium combine in your body, to get your electrical charge.

Pork and processed cheese? Not good for your long term health.
Get fresh tuna from the market…no canned, too much sodium.
Do not eat beef at all.
Milk is not good for you, please research this…try Almond Milk.
You also need green vegetables. Not corn.
