@way2educated theoretically, you can eat whenever. most people have had about a day’s worth of calories by 7pm so for many eating after 7pm is excess calories

Yea its over for now until I start back up. Its kinda funny, last year when I first started my Eaton Jeans Contest your video was one of the 1st ones that poped up on my search! I took your tip on the tea because I was wondering why my tea would come out bitter sometimes. LOL. You give great advice.

green tea, never heard that before, im gonna do the no carbs after 7, or mabey 6, but that would mean that its pointless to eat fat after that time, so no carbs or fat, so only protien and fibre, thts cool enough, mabey some chicken and veggies, or fruit and loads of water, nice boobs btw

When it comes to the carborhydrates being stored as fat thing I wonder how much of it is true.I think alot of it has to do with the type of carbs and how much of those particular carbs that you eat.From my experience carborhydrates like say brown rice get stored as fat easily then all other carborhydrates.
